CIGNA Announces Second Quarter 2008 Formulary Updates

After reviewing various medications for effectiveness during the second quarter of 2008, CIGNA has made several changes to its comprehensive drug list. Please note that drugs marked with an (*) indicate that prior authorization is required and drugs marked with an (^) indicate that a quantity limit is required.
