New Payment Address for BCBSNC Group Billing

Employers should be aware that Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC has changed its payment remittance address. From now on, printed group invoices will reflect the new address, and all group payments will be sent to:

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina
P.O. Box 538660
Atlanta, GA 30353-8660

If you use an online banking system, please be sure to update your online records to reflect the new address. Also, please use your account number, which is listed on your invoice, to ensure accurate payment posting.

The address change was done to streamline the payment remittance process through BCBSNC’s new payment processing vendor, Regulus. Based in Atlanta, Regulus is an industry leader in check processing that handles over 7 billion checks per year.
