We at Hill, Chesson & Woody would like to take this opportunity to welcome Operation Breakthrough to our growing family of clients. Operation Breakthrough is a non-profit community action agency that provides a variety of programs and services to residents of Durham, NC, whose income is at or below the federal poverty level and who meet other specified requirements. They provide individuals and families with comprehensive housing and counseling services, including the federally-supported Head Start preschool education program that gives impoverished families with young children access to services that were previously unattainable and helps the families move toward self-sufficiency.

Since 1964, Operation Breakthrough's mission has been to promote self-sufficiency and provide comprehensive quality services for low-income families and individuals, and they are committed to a workplace philosophy that embraces education, social and economic growth and development.

Operation Breakthrough is one of several community action agencies in North Carolina who we at Hill, Chesson & Woody are proud to work with in regard to developing a benefit strategy for their employees.
