

		Infinisource Going Green with New Client Download Center In an effort to save paper and increase efficiency, Infinisource has introduced a new client download center for secure sending and viewing of reports and has launched enhanced features to their website for improved access. The new download center allows 24/7 online access to reports and provides an environmentally-friendly alternative to the traditional paper versions. The download center will be featured on the Infinisource website along with other enhancements to save time for website users. When a report is processed in the new system, an email will be issued from crmail@infinisource.net notifying of a pending report available on the Infinisource website and providing a link to a secured log-in page from which you can download the report. At the log-in page, simply click on “download center” under the report section, and then click on “My Files that have not been downloaded yet” and the search button. The report is then downloaded to your computer, and can be opened by clicking on the blue arrow under the “action” icon. The other website enhancements include enhanced security, expanded information on Qualified Beneficiaries, faster download of account information, easier access to information on services, more efficient tools for editing information online, and optimized viewing of company contacts and billing information. In addition, users will be able to process reports online and either view them right away or send them to the download center for later retrieval.
