

		Reminder: UnitedHealthcare Advantage PDL Changes Effective January 1 As reported in the Benefits Bulletin dated September 23, 2009, UnitedHealthcare will change the tiers of several medications on their Advantage Prescription Drug List (PDL) and update the status for other medications regarding exclusions, multiple copays, and supply limits, effective January 1, 2010. UHC is also updating the status of various medications on the UHC ProgressionRx step therapy program and adding drugs to the new Designated Pharmacy program. An updated summary of the changes to the Advantage PDL includes the down-tiering of Rheumatoid Arthritis medications that were originally slated to become part of the ProgressionRx step therapy program (as reported in the Benefits Bulletin dated November 19, 2009).
