CIGNA Customer Service Open 24/7 Beginning July 24

In response to client requests for additional support, CIGNA is extending its Customer Service hours to remain open 24 hours a day through all weekdays, weekends and holidays, effective July 24, 2009.

For your convenience, CIGNA has also provided a downloadable PDF flyer for distribution to employees explaining the recent changes to the Customer Service hours.
