WellPath Notifies Eligible Individuals in NC Regarding State Continuation Special Enrollment Period

During the week of June 22, WellPath sent notices out to Assistance Eligible Individuals (AEIs) in North Carolina regarding the special enrollment period for the State Continuation premium subsidy detailed in the Compliance Alert dated June 18, 2009.

According to this notice, AEIs will have 60 days from receipt of the notice to elect state continuation coverage and become eligible for the 65% premium subsidy made possible through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
