HCW University

HCW University 2012 DatesHCW University is a fun, educational program created by Hill, Chesson & Woody Employee Benefit Services to provide education and training to our clients in specific areas relating to employee benefits. Like traditional educational institutions, HCW University provides a set curriculum of courses designed to strengthen and expand the benefit knowledge of today's HR professional.

The full curriculum is based on our clients’ requests for detailed training that is relevant to the employee benefits professional. Each course provides an in-depth look into the topic through PowerPoint presentation, small group breakout, case studies, reading exercises and full group discussion. Courses are offered throughout the year in order to give clients plenty of opportunity to experience the entire curriculum in a reasonable time span.

HCW University courses count toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification and accumulate towards an HCW University Certificate of Employee Benefit Administration. Upon completion of five (5) courses, an individual will be presented with an HCW University Certificate of Employee Benefits Administration.
