CAI Partnership

From the Piedmont to the Coast, more than 1,000 employers are maximizing the potential of their organizations through expert human resources and employee benefits guidance that was established by the HCW and CAI partnership. This collaboration is unique in the state of North Carolina, as clients of both firms gain industry leadership and solutions in a complex and dynamic business environment. For more than six years, the marketplace has been benefiting from our relationship due to employer tools and research like the annual NC Healthcare Benefits & Cost Survey, the NC Trends in Healthcare Strategies Survey, numerous educational events and Ask the Expert sessions, daily advising and guidance.

Through this partnership, we offer our Benefit Knowledge 8 series. This program, featuring eight free HRCI-accredited courses, is designed to arm employers with the knowledge they need to take control of their employee benefits strategy and healthcare costs. All courses feature a Hill, Chesson & Woody speaker and are facilitated by CAI in their Raleigh and Greensboro locations.
