Yes, it’s that time again… Lunch & Learn time!

Hill, Chesson & Woody's semi-annual Lunch & Learn series offers an opportunity to sit in and listen to speakers who are knowledgeable and experienced in some of the most important areas and issues in the employee benefits industry, as well as other topics that are relevant to the human resources profession. These seminars not only provide relevant educational opportunities for attendees, but they also offer a chance to network and enjoy a delicious lunch – all free of charge!  Every event includes classroom style seminars that are fully-accredited by the Human Resources Certification Institute, and they are always attended to full capacity. (Attending CPAs also may claim credit for continuing professional education, as HCW is registered by the North Carolina State Board of CPA Examiners as a CPE sponsor.)

Some of our prior Lunch & Learns have included dynamic speakers such as Dr. Jonathan Oberlander, professor at UNC-Chapel Hill, as well as Dr. Reed Tuckson, EVP/Chief of Medical Affairs at UnitedHealth Group. Lecture topics have ranged from leadership development to HRIS trends.

Our Fall 2010 session is a month away and, as of this post, seats are still available. Again this fall, we are offering Triangle and Triad events. Both will begin with registration at 9:00am, followed by two lectures, a gourmet lunch, a keynote speaker (Mr. Harry Reynolds – who has been instrumental in Washington discussions and the building of Healthcare Reform), then dismissal at 2:00pm.

If you'd like to take attend one of these events, visit our registration site today at http://bit.ly/Fall2010LunchandLearn. Better hurry - we always fill up!
