Brigid’s experience in client relationships and benefit administration at the Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club in Durham make her a perfect fit for HCW’s client service model, and she will now utilize her skills and experience to leverage HCW’s value-adding resources in developing and executing benefit strategies for client employers. Brigid’s career at Washington Duke was marked by early successes in recruiting, training and HR compliance, as well as benefits-related operations. After ascending to the position of Human Resources Manager in January 2005, she effectively governed several HR operations for the club, including those in relation to benefits administration, workers compensation, employee relations, and staff training. Prior to her work at Washington Duke, she served in several operational capacities with the Holiday Inn Chapel Hill. Brigid arrives at HCW with a reputation for outstanding service and commitment in regard to guest/client relationships, and she will be a welcome addition to the client coordinator team.
