As a result of Hill, Chesson & Woody's commitment and dedication to the professional community, we offer educational opportunities in the areas of employee benefits, as well as our expertise in these areas, through several events and market visibility functions.

Among these, our Lunch & Learn series stands out as our headline educational event on current trends in the benefits and human resources arena.

We also offer a classroom-style seminar series for clients through HCW University in order to provide a better understanding of benefit areas such as COBRA, HIPAA, Reducing Healthcare Costs, Wellness Plans, FSAs, HSAs, HRAs and much more.

Additionally, we offer professional training to members of Capital Associated Industries (CAI) and regional chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and provide relevant educational opportunities in other special events.

In order to assist our clients’ human resource professionals with fulfilling the renewal of their HR certifications, all of the presentations at our Lunch & Learn and our HCW University classes are accredited by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) for either general or strategic management credit.
