Addition Of Bilingual New Hire Rounds Out Hill, Chesson & Woody’s Customer Advocacy Team

Local Benefits Consulting Firm Continues Growth With Addition Of Jahamancely Cruz

DURHAM, N.C., October 4, 2016 – Hill, Chesson & Woody (HCW), an independent benefits consulting firm, has announced the hiring of Jahamancely “Jaha” Cruz as Client Benefits Specialist. In this role, Cruz researches and resolves issues and provides support to clients by maintaining eligibility and bill reconciliation. She works on the customer advocacy team to deliver HCW's exceptional client experience to meet clients' needs and ensure client satisfaction.

Bringing on another bilingual employee was the logical next step for HCW, as their client base continues to grow. Cruz was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, but spent most of her life in the northern U.S. She relocated to Raleigh, NC in 2004.

Cruz comes to HCW after graduating from William Peace University with a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law. Most recently, she worked at DJC Welding, LLC, helping manage the company. While in school, she served as a legal assistant at Page Law Firm in Raleigh, NC.

“I was looking for a company that appreciates its clients, and its employees, and one that has strong leadership,” said Cruz. “I’ve definitely found it here at HCW. I’m thrilled to join the team!”

“We’re excited for Jaha to come on board,” said Todd Yates, HCW partner and CEO. “As our clients’ needs grow and change, we want to adapt to be able to continue providing excellent service. By adding a new member to our customer advocacy team, we are doing just that!”
