Hill, Chesson & Woody Announces Leadership Changes

DURHAM, N.C., March 2019 – Hill, Chesson & Woody, a Gallagher Company, announces key changes in top leadership, including the naming of a new Area President, Area Market Liaison, and Area Vice President, Sales.

Carol Wagoner has been appointed Area President and will assume day-to-day leadership of the branch. Carol Wagoner joined the company in 2008. Prior roles within Hill, Chesson & Woody, a Gallagher Company included VP, Operations and Vice President, Sales & Marketing.

Effective immediately, Todd Yates who served as CEO of Hill, Chesson & Woody for 16 years and as Area President under Gallagher for 2.5 years moves into a market-facing role and now serves as Area Market Liaison. “I am very excited about this opportunity to work alongside our team to innovate and deliver solutions that meet your business needs,” says Todd Yates.

Carol Wagoner’s role as Area Vice President of Sales will be succeeded by Jonathan Knaus. Knaus is an 8-year Hill, Chesson & Woody, a Gallagher Company veteran who last served as Regional Manager of the Triangle, NC area. Effective immediately, Knaus will be serving as new Area Vice President, Sales.
