North Carolina Benefits Firm And Local HR Management Firm Partner To Provide Annual Survey Comparing An Organization’s Healthcare Costs To The Marketplace
RALEIGH, N.C., Jan. 6, 2015 – Hill, Chesson & Woody (HCW), a health and welfare benefits brokerage and consulting firm that designs, manages and implements employee benefit programs, has announced the launch of the 10th annual 2014/2015 Healthcare Benefits & Costs Survey. The benchmark survey, which HCW is conducting in partnership with HR management firm CAI, provides important information employers to need to manage their healthcare plans by comparing employers’ current healthcare costs to other companies in the marketplace. Organizations from across the state are encouraged to participate. The survey will be conducted from Tuesday, Jan. 6 through Friday, Jan. 23.
This benchmark survey is the only state-specific survey that provides healthcare cost-related data about the marketplace. The findings will allow employers to compare their premium costs, health plan designs and cost-sharing arrangements to those of their competitors. The valuable information gathered from the survey enables employers to identify areas of strength within their firm allowing them to maintain advantages and spot areas of opportunity where improvements can be made.
