Local Benefits And Consulting Firm Adds New Hire To Customer Advocacy Team
DURHAM, N.C., September 18, 2015 – Hill, Chesson & Woody (HCW), an independent benefits and consulting firm, has announced the hiring of Robert Winborn and Erin Gibson as Client Service Representatives. In this role, they research and resolve questions and concerns for clients. They work with the Team Lead and Client Manager to deliver HCW's exceptional client experience to meet clients' needs and ensure client satisfaction.
Both Winborn and Gibson’s drive to succeed and strong work ethic ensure our clients are in good hand.
Winborn graduated from Appalachian State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He comes to HCW after working for the past year and half at SunTrust Bank as a Client Service Specialist and a Personal Banker.
Gibson graduated from Appalachian State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management. She then completed a one-year accelerated MBA program at Appalachian State University with a focus in General Management and graduated in May of 2014. She comes to HCW after working for the past year as a Sales Consultant at Weatherby Healthcare recruiting physicians for locum tenens work across the country.
“When I found out about this job opening, I was really sold on the Customer Service piece, which I am truly passionate about,” said Gibson. “My previous experience in the healthcare industry lends well to my position here at HCW. I hope to grow within the company and achieve my professional goals of managing and supervising.”
