Local Benefits And Consulting Firm Adds Hire To Assist Enrollment Solutions And Voluntary Benefits Strategy
DURHAM, N.C., April 14, 2015 – Hill, Chesson & Woody, an independently owned and operated employee benefits firm, has announced the hiring of Tyson Swift as Enrollment Specialist. In this role, Swift serves as an extension of the client’s Human Resource department providing support in benefit education, eligibility maintenance, and bill reconciliation. By working with HCW’s Enrollment and Voluntary Benefits Solutions team, clients consolidate all of their benefits into one place and under the same strategy.
Swift graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts in business administration. Swift comes to HCW after working as an Account Executive at Relias Learning where he utilized a consultative approach to understand customer's needs as well as conducted product demonstrations to determine the appropriate alignment.
