Local Benefits Consulting Firm Welcomes Michelle Swatek To Team
DURHAM, N.C., August 8, 2016 – Hill, Chesson & Woody (HCW), an independent benefits consulting firm, has announced the hiring of Michelle Swatek as Client Benefits Specialist. In this role, Swatek researches and resolves issues and provides support to clients by maintaining eligibility and bill reconciliation. She works to deliver HCW's exceptional client experience to meet clients' needs and ensure client satisfaction.
Swatek’s communication skills and driven nature makes her a great resource for HCW clients. Her support of the Customer Advocacy team is vital as they continue to grow.
A fairly recent Triangle transplant, Swatek comes to HCW after working as a Financial Service Representative at SECU for the past year. Prior to that, she was a Lead Teacher at Primrose School of West Cary where she taught 20 three-year-olds.
Swatek graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. She resides in Apex, NC with her husband.
“Having a degree in psychology, I really wanted to work in human resources, while also being in the business world,” said Swatek. “It was important for me to get to utilize what I learned in school, and this position seemed like the perfect opportunity for me to show off those skills.”
“We are excited to have Michelle join HCW,” said Todd Yates, HCW partner and CEO. “Her patience and overall nature make her a perfect fit for her role here!”
