Local Benefits Consulting Firm Adds New Member To Team

DURHAM, N.C., August 25, 2016 – Hill, Chesson & Woody (HCW), an independent benefits consulting firm, has announced the hiring of Elizabeth Grabosky as Health Management Advisor. In this role, she is responsible for executing clients’ health and wellness management programs to be in alignment with their benefit strategy.  As a subject matter expert, Grabosky researches and recommends service providers in addition to creating and implementing successful health management plans.

Grabosky comes to HCW after serving most recently as a Senior Health Promotion Manager at Electrolux – Health Fitness Corporation. She brings experience working with hospitals, physician groups and customer and vendor segments such as mid-market employers, channel partners, carriers and other health management providers and suppliers to HCW.

Grabosky received her a Bachelor of Arts in communication and Master of Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She is a National Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Coach and has her Thriving Workplace Culture Certification. Also, she is a past recipient of the WELCOA Well Workplace Awards in Bronze, Silver, & Gold and has received awards for Program Administration with Health Fitness Corporation.

“A college summer job working as a nursing assistant inspired me to pursue a career in healthcare,” said Grabosky. “An interest in health science and a marketing degree opened the door to diagnostic and pharmaceutical sales and eventually led to health program management – and here I am now!”

“As healthcare costs continue to rise, HCW’s investment in our resources increases,” said Todd Yates, HCW partner and CEO. “The addition of another member to our health management team is testament to that. With over 20 years in the industry, Elizabeth will be a huge asset to our clients.”
