Local Gallagher Branch Hires Voluntary Benefits Coordinator to Meet Growing Client Needs

DURHAM, N.C., May 2018 – Hill, Chesson & Woody, a division of Gallagher Benefits Services, Inc., has announced the hire of a Voluntary Benefits Coordinator.

As Voluntary Benefits Coordinator, Tandy Niles assists our benefits counselors as they service our clients by facilitating the renewal and implementation of voluntary benefits such as short-term disability, critical illness, and accident insurance. Tandy works closely with the team to perform administrative duties in support of account servicing.

Niles graduated from Guilford Technical Community College in 2017 with an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice. Prior to this position, Niles worked in the service industry for more than 10 years equipping her with the excellent customer service skills needed for her current role.
