Local Gallagher Branch Welcomes Two New Employees

DURHAM, N.C., March 2019 – Hill, Chesson & Woody, a Gallagher Company, has announced the hire of a new Regional Manager and a new Underwriting Risk Analyst.

Leiby is an accomplished sales professional with over ten years of experience in sales and business development with proven skills in communication, problem solving, negotiation, multitasking, and sales tactics. He spent his career at CH Robinson and Traffic Tech where he brokered transportation solutions.

In his new role as Regional Manager for the Triad region of NC, Adam Leiby identifies, qualifies and secures business opportunities by developing business relationships with potential clients. His focus is on expanding awareness of the Gallagher brand and services while developing new business opportunities. Leiby works closely with the Business Development Associate (BDA) team to strategically maximize any sales opportunities.

Leiby graduated from East Stroudsburg University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Economics.

“I decided to work for Gallagher because I want to advance my career and learn a new industry,” says Leiby.

As Underwriting Risk Analyst, Ryan Curet is responsible for reviewing client renewal information, performing risk analyses, and presenting observations and recommendations to consultants. He creates a risk profile for Gallagher clients by gathering and analyzing historical financial and utilization claims experience, renewals, benefit plans and contribution strategies. This role provides valuable support to clients helping them keep a pulse on the performance of their plan so that there are no surprises at renewal.

Curet graduated from Lynchburg College in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Prior to his current role, he worked as a Math High School teacher for two years, followed by over two years as an Underwriter for USI Insurance Services.
