BCBSNC Provider Directory Data Freeze in Search Tool

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC) has announced that the information in their online Find a Doctor tool for in-state providers is currently frozen and has not been updated since October 20, 2017. The directory is expected to be updated by November 8, 2017.

The current information in the online directory may not accurately reflect a provider's in-network participation for North Carolina providers. However, providers outside of NC are not affected and are currently up to date within the tool.

Until BCBSNC corrects the search tool, the page will display a message confirming the technical difficulties.

Please be aware of this issue if you are currently going through open enrollment and have members making benefit decisions. Members may contact their provider to verify network status.
