“Triad employers are already spending a great deal of money on benefit plans, and they may end up spending even more money in 2014 due to healthcare reform,” said Krieg. “Companies in the region need to make sure that employees are fully aware of the benefits offered, the enhancements being made on company programs and plan designs, and how their plans compare to other local benchmarks.
